Privacy policy

This document describes how personal data is processed on the AWATAK website. Last updated: 27 July 2026.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: full name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, the inquiry type and the message content. We also record the fact and time consent to data processing was given.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

  • Handling an inquiry submitted via the form — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
  • Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting duties — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention period

Form data is stored for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, for potential claims. Consent may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting, IT, postal and accounting services — solely under data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third countries without the required safeguards.

6. Data subject rights

  • access to the data and obtaining a copy of it,
  • rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdrawal of consent at any time,
  • a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to an inquiry. Without the data we cannot handle the request.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use marketing cookies or external profiling tools. Only technical files necessary for the site to work correctly are used.

9. Medical disclaimer

Content published on the website is informational and commercial in nature. It does not constitute medical advice or rescue instructions and does not replace professional medical help or first-aid training. In a life-threatening situation call 112 immediately.
